Order Fulfillment Prism & Ink operates on a made-to-order model to reduce textile waste. Please allow 2–5 business days for your items to be printed and quality-checked before they are shipped.
Shipping Destinations Currently, Prism & Ink exclusively serves customers across North America (Canada, the United States, and Mexico). We focus on providing the best local experience and reliable delivery for our continental neighbors.
Shipping Rates & Estimates

- United States: 2–6 business days after fulfillment
- Canada: 7–15 business days (may take longer depending on location)
- Mexico: 10–25 business days

Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $75 USD.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
Customs and Duties For orders shipping between Canada, the US, and Mexico, please note that any applicable customs fees or import duties imposed by your local border agency are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not included in the shipping cost paid at checkout.
