Shipping policy

Order Fulfillment Prism & Ink operates on a made-to-order model to reduce textile waste. Please allow 2–5 business days for your items to be printed and quality-checked before they are shipped. 

Shipping Destinations Currently, Prism & Ink exclusively serves customers across North America (Canada, the United States, and Mexico). 

Shipping Rates & Estimates

• Standard Shipping: 

  • United States: 2–6 business days after fulfillment
  • Canada: 7–15 business days (may take longer depending on location)
  • Mexico: 10–25 business days

• Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $75 USD.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, and peak seasons.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please note that tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Orders shipped to Canada or Mexico may be subject to import taxes, duties, sales taxes, or carrier handling and customs-processing fees.

These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authority and the shipping carrier. They are not included in the product price or shipping charge collected by Prism & Ink unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Any applicable charges are paid directly by the recipient to the local carrier or customs authority before or upon delivery. Prism & Ink does not control these charges and cannot predict the exact amount.

Customers are responsible for providing any information required for customs clearance. Refusal to pay applicable import charges may result in delivery delays or the package being returned.
